Preparation
- Prepare the Ciabatta
If not already done, slice your Ciabatta bread horizontally and set aside.

Chop the Ingredients
Place the salad greens on a large cutting board.
Add the boiled, cooled, and sliced Charlotte on top.
Slice the mozzarella, tomatoes, and shallot. Add them to the cutting board.
Roughly chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add them to the mix. -
Chop & Mix Together
Using a sharp chef's knife, carefully chop through the mixture on the cutting board, combining all the ingredients into a finely chopped salad. This method allows the flavors to meld together.
